Things That Make Life Worth Living: Falling in love. Hearing your favorite song on the radio. Lying in bed listening to the rain outside. Milkshakes. Bubble baths. Giggling. Long conversations late at night. The beach. Running through sprinklers. Laughing at an inside joke. Laughing at yourself. Laughing so hard your stomach hurts. Laughing for absolutely no reason at all. Just plain laughing. Having someone tell you that you're beautiful. Friends. Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you. Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to sleep. First kisses. Making new friends or spending time with old ones. Playing with a new puppy. Sweet dreams. Hot chocolate. Road trips with friends. Making chocolate chip cookies. Holding hands with someone you care about. Watching the sunrise. Watching a sunset. Getting out of bed in the morning after sleeping in and looking out the window to see it’s sunny, birds are chirping, and kids are playing. Knowing that somebody misses you.

someone i admire..

You won't become successful by complaining that life is unfair. Certainly there are many injustices in the world, yet you won't get anywhere by using those injustices as excuses.
Your best response is to work over, under, around and through them. Accept the fact that life is unfair, and choose to experience outstanding success anyway. It is admirable to fight against injustice. But fighting against injustice may very well make that injustice even stronger. A better way to end injustice is to make it irrelevant. When you create ways for yourself and others to succeed in spite of unfair circumstances, then you render those circumstances powerless. The world is filled with inequity and unfairness. And yet, there are always plenty of workable and creative ways to rise above those negative circumstances. When something in life is unfair, choose to succeed anyway. And make that unfairness so small and insignificant it won't even matter. -- Ralph Marston

This quote reminds me of a woman a work with. She is inspirational, fun, respectful, a wonderful listener, and is always willing to help. She has been there for me through more than I think she knows and I am so very grateful to be blessed with such a wonderful friend. I hope one day to have some of these qualities that she does. To want to help people become better, to listen and give such wonderful advice, to be such a hard worker that everyone respects, and to be as happy as she is.

I thank god for all of the wonderful people who have been brought into my life in the last year. I am so very happy and blessed.

GOODNIGHT!

Sometimes people are the strongest when they have no one to hold them up...
